Refund Policy.
- Health Guarantee:
We provide a health guarantee for all American Bully Puppies sold by bullybreder.com. In the unfortunate event that your puppy is diagnosed with a severe health issue within seven (7) days of purchase, we offer a full refund. To be eligible, you must provide a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian. - Unavailability of Chosen Puppy:
In the event that the chosen American Bully Puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. - Cancellation Prior to Delivery:
If you wish to cancel your order before the scheduled delivery date, a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made after the delivery process has commenced may be subject to additional charges.
Returns Policy.
- Return of Unwanted Puppies:
Bullybreder.com understands that circumstances may change. If, within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you find that you are unable to care for your American Bully Puppy, you may return the puppy to us. A return fee may apply, and the returned puppy must be in good health, with all vaccinations up to date. - Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact bullybreder.com within the specified timeframes mentioned above. You will be provided with return instructions and must adhere to the outlined procedure.
Exclusions.
- Non-Compliance with Care Guidelines:
Refunds or returns will not be granted if the purchaser fails to adhere to the care guidelines provided by Teacup Poodle Hub. - External Veterinary Treatment:
If the puppy receives treatment from a veterinarian not associated with bullybreder.com without prior approval, the refund and return policy may be void.
